Packet Inserts

About 1,500 Congress Bags will be prepared. Program Booklets, Book of Abstracts and other congress handouts will be packed in the congress bags. The bags will be issued to all participants at the registration desk.
You are invited to utilize this opportunity of “packet inserts” for your advertisement. We may insert printed materials such as publication catalogs, company leaflets as well as various kinds of sales promotion goods.

Fees

(per item; all inclusive; all in Japanese yen)

　1) Printed materials* : 30,000 yen
　　 * The size must be smaller than 21cm×29.5cm, and less than 20 pages.
　　　　If the materials are larger, please fold them into the specified size before sending them out to us.

　2) Sales promo-goods*: 30,000 yen
　　　* small-sized items such as pens, memo-pads, key rings, book marks etc.
　　　　If the size and weight of the item too far exceeds the above specifications, please ask for a quote.

　　　　1,500 of each item must be delivered to the secretariat by July 15, 2011.

Application deadline is January 31, 2011. Please complete the request form and fax it to the Secretariat .　We also accept PDF file attachment via E-mail.

Payment

An invoice will be issued upon receipt of your request form. Payment must be made within 30 days of its receipt.
Please note that the request is not confirmed until payment is complete.

Our cancellation schedule is as follows:
Notice received:
     before Jan 31st , 2011:　0%
     Feb 1st - Mar 31st 2011:　20%
     Apr 1st - May 31st , 2011:　50%
　 after Jun 1st , 2011:　100％
