100,000 yen per lot (all inclusive, in Japanese yen)

The above fee includes:
 　　1)  use of an allotted lot
 　　2)  use of two display tables (W180cm x D60cm x H70cm x 2 tables), and a white covering cloth
 　　3)  installation of above2) in the allotment
 　　4)  exhibitor's name: printed in a standardized format
 　　5)  provision of chairs upon request

Not included are:
 　　1)  arrangement and decoration of the display
 　　2)  installation and usage of outlet, extra lighting, phone/fax/LAN connections*
 　　 　　(*can be arranged for an additional fee)
 　　3)  cost of an administrator, or attendant specifically designated for the allotted lot

If you require a larger lot, you are welcome to request multiple lots.

If your company does not intend to send your staff to set-up and arrange the display, we will do it for you.  We will unpack the sent-in materials and arrange the display according to your instructions.  Also, we will undertake dismantling and the disposal of the displayed materials when the exhibition is completed.

Fee:      5,000 yen per a box*1 of exhibits*2
            *1 standard size: 46cm×32cm×29cm; regular Japanese delivery size120.
            If the size overly exceeds above, an additional fee may be charged.
            *2 Fees depend on the volume of the materials to be displayed. 
As a guide we calculate our fees according to the number of boxes which the materials are sent in.  In any case, we will try to be flexible to meet your needs.
* Please be advised that we won’t be held responsible for any damages and loss of the concerned materials.
* This service does not provide an attendant specifically designated to your display table during the exhibition period.  If you require one, please ask us for a quote.

Fee:      50,000 yen per set

We will provide a stage and a microphone in the exhibition area for your presentation.  Please take advantage of this opportunity to make announcements about your products and services.

Stage demonstration is scheduled during the coffee breaks and lunchtime.  One demonstration time slot lasts for 15 minutes, and a set of four time slots (15min x4) is allocated to the exhibitor.

Payment

An invoice will be issued upon receipt of your request form.  Payment must be made within 30 days of its receipt.
Please note that the request is not confirmed until payment is complete.

      Feb 1st - Mar 31st  2011:　20%
      Apr 1st - May 31st , 2011:　50%
      after Jun 1st , 2011:　100％
