Dismantling: 3:00pm - 5:00pm*, Tuesday August 9

Style:Table type: 10,000 yen per lot (all inclusive, in Japanese yen)
Use of multiple lots are welcome.

The above fee includes:
 　　1)  use of an allotted lot
 　　2)  exibitor's name: printed in a standardized format
 　　3)  provision of chairs upon request
 　　4)  use and installation in the allotment of two display tables (W180cm x D60cm x H70cm
 　　 　　x 2 tables), and a white covering cloth

Not included are:
 　　1)  arrangement and decoration of the display
 　　2)  installation and usage of outlet, extra lighting, phone/fax/LAN connections*
 　　 　　(*can be arranged for an additional fee)
 　　3)  cost of an administrator, or attendant specifically designated for the allotted lot

If you require a larger lot, you are welcome to request multiple lots.

Application deadline is January 31, 2011.

Payment

An invoice will be issued upon receipt of your request form.  Payment must be made within 30 days of its receipt.
Please note that the request is not confirmed until payment is complete.

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation schedule is as follows:
      Notice received:
      before Jan 31st , 2011:　0%
      Feb 1st - Mar 31st  2011:　20%
      Apr 1st - May 31st , 2011:　50%
      after Jun 1st , 2011:　100％
