Notes on Poster Sessions

Poster sessions are to be held in an informal setting.  Please make your presentation when a number of interested persons gather around your poster panel.  Presentation times for the poster sessions are any time during lunch time, August 6-9, and no specific date and time is set.

For your poster panel locations, please find your session number in the “Index of Session Participants”and check with the following table.

Poster Nos.1001-1023  Lobby, Basement 1st Floor, KICC
Poster Nos.1024-1056  Reception Hall, 3rd Floor, KICC
Poster Nos.1057-1089  Lobby, 4th Floor, KICC
Poster Nos.1090-1118  Lobby, 5th Floor, KICC

Please ensure your posters are pinned up and removed during the set hours.  If you are unable to attend during below hours for set-up or removal, ask your friends to help you.

Set-up: 14:00 - 16:00 Friday, August 5, 2011
Removal: 13:30 - 15:00 Tuesday, August 9, 2011

Please ensure to remove all the posters by 3:00pm on August 9th.  The secretariat takes no responsibilities for the posters that are left after that time.

Also please note that we can bear no responsibilities for any damages or losses caused to the posters displayed during the Congress, although we expect no such accidents will happen.  Thank you for your understanding.
