Notes to Presenters

All meeting rooms are equipped with a laptop computer connected to a projector that can be used by any presenters who wish to make computer-based presentations. Microsoft Power Point is installed in each system.

We request all presenters to carry the presentation data in a USB connectable removable media such as USB flash drives. You can run a prior check to see how your data behaves on our systems. The test computers are located in the lounge next to the registration desk on the third floor, KICC. We suggest you check your data well in advance of your presentation to avoid the last minute congestion.

For those of you who have brought with you your own laptops, please do not connect them to our projectors. Please abide by this rule for smooth running of the sessions. Changing settings will delay the schedule, and may cause troubles for other users. Thank you for your cooperation.
