Welcome Reception and Farewell Reception are organized on August 5(Fri) and 9(Tue) respectively. These events are for the participants and the accompanying persons who have registered. No additional fee is charged. However, you need to indicate your attendance on the registration site.

Welcome Reception

Venue： Southern Lobby, Kobe Kachoen
Welcome Reception is to be held in the Southern Lobby of Kobe Kachoen. All registered participants and accompanying persons are invited to attend this reception, where you will meet other distinguished guests. Buffet-style dinner will be served in a lovely area where flowers in hanging baskets create a special party environment. During the dinner we have organized for your entertainment the Japanese drum performance by a group of children from a self-reliance support facility.

Farewell Reception
Date： 20：00 - 21：30 Tuesday, August 9 Please note that the commencement time has changed.
Venue: “Kairaku” 1st basement Flr, Main Building, Kobe Portopia Hotel
After the Closing Ceremony, Farewell Reception will be held for all registered participants and accompanying persons. The reception venue is Room “Kairaku”, on the first basement floor of Main Building of Kobe Portopia Hotel. Please take a short walk on a roofed passage to the Hotel from the Conference Center. The passage can be accessed from outside the door on the second floor of the Conference Center. |
