All registration fees must be paid in Japanese yen.
*1This fee category applies to those who hold "student" status at the time of on-line registration.

Corporation
The Corporate registration fee varies according to the number of persons that can be registered regardless of payment date.

Official receipt for your registration fee will be issued at the registration desk during the congress.

If you wish to cancel your participation in the Congress, please officially notify JTB Western Japan by E-mail or by fax.  Online cancellation is not sufficient.  Please also notify JTB per below:

Scientific Tours

Scientific Tours to visit nearby prisons, juvenile training schools can be booked on-line.
For each tour, 20 persons are accepted on a first-come-first-served basis.

Boxed Meals

There are some, but not many, restaurants and cafeterias around the congress venue.  Boxed meals with drinks can be ordered on-line.

August 7, Sun: Lunch, Supper (sessions end at 20:30)
August 8, Mon: Lunch, Supper (sessions end at 20:30)

¥900 each

For each order, a meal ticket is issued and handed to you on the registration day.  Please present your ticket and receive your meal on the designated time/day from the registration desk on the 3rd floor.

Important: No Sales on the day.  Prior orders needed.

Cancellation
We regret that our online system is not catered to handle the boxed meal cancellations.  In case of cancellation, please advise JTB by E-mail or fax.
Depending on when the cancellation is advised, below cancellation fee will be charged. 
Once your cancellation is advised, the matters will be dealt by JTB.  

If you have already made cancellations online, incorrect charges would appear on the screen.  We apologize for the inconveniences and confusion, but please disregard it.  Instead, advise JTB of your cancelation by E-mail, or fax.

Additional Books of Abstracts

Each participant will receive one Book of Abstracts at the registration desk.  Additional books can be ordered on-line.
As a rule, we ask you to carry them with you.  However, we can ship them at a cost after the Congress.
