Invitation Letters

Should you need an “invitation letter” for your documentation to facilitate your participation in the World Congress, please contact the Congress Secretariat.

You must complete your registration before an invitation letter can be issued.

When you request an invitation letter, please send a copy of your passport by fax or e-mail and following information should be specified :
-Your Postal Address
-Phone & Fax Number
-Affiliation
-Title
-Why Invitation Letter is needed: to obtain travel documents/permission from place of
work/any other(specify)
-Whether the Invitation Letter should be mailed or PDF file attachment to an e-mail is 
acceptable

Please note that the issuance of such invitation letters is solely for the documentation formalities, which does not warrant any financial commitment from us.
