About Paper Sessions

  • A laptop computer (windows XP, Office2003, subject to change) connected to a projector will be available for anyone who wishes to make computer-based presentations. As such, we do not allow other connections to be made to our projector. For those who intend to bring in his/her own laptop, please be aware.
Instead, presenters are asked to carry the data in an USB connectable removable media such as USB flash drives. We will set aside a special computer in the registration area to enable you to run a prior check on how your data behaves on our system.
  • Handouts should be prepared by the presenters, should they wish to distribute.
Books of Abstracts will be distributed to all participants, however, should you wish to make additional handouts, please prepare the copies yourself.  We regret that the copying machine at the Secretariat is not available for use by the participants.
